Our lambs are processed by Meyers' Meats outside of Guelph.. A family owned second

generation business that is provincialy inspected.

 

Honey is also available at our store. It is from a bee-keeper Peter Dicks that has a

colony kept on our farm. This honey is not pasteurized

 

 

Custom Orders

If you prefer you can order a lamb cut to your specifications.

 

Our lamb is available year round. Our lambs are "naturally raised", in

that they are fed grain (barley and oats), corn, soybean and trace minerals along

with hay. The lambs are free range with access to large paddocks.

The lambs are hormone and antibiotic free. Unlike New Zealand or Australian lamb which

may be up to one year of age, and raised on grass, our lambs are grain fed and  ready

for market at 5 months of age. Our lambs are then sent to a provincially inspected

abattoir. You then have the following choices.....

 

 1/2 lamb at app. 25lbs, or a whole lamb at app. 50 lbs

 

Cutting choices are...

Shoulder..................de-boned and rolled or chops

Loin.........................rack of lamb and or chops

Legs........................whole roast (app. 7 lbs) or 1/2 at app. 3.5 lbs

                                and or chops (shanks optional)

Trimmings................kabobs and or ground

Also included...........offal and soup bones
